This is very simple yet healthy recipe. In this, yogurt is a well-known probiotic combined with crushed mint leaves which improves digestion. For many years, mint is being used to treat conditions of indigestion and gas trouble. Curds or yogurt is the one item in kitchen which is handy in case of digestion issues. It promotes digestion and soothes digestive track with the live Lactobacillus in it.
Fresh Curds – 1 cup
Salt – a pinch
Mint leaves – 2 tsp
Crush mint leaves with your fingers. Add theses crushed leaves to curds. Add salt. Mix well. Serve this with vada, pakodas, parota or consume as it is.
