Banana stem/ Plantain stem Mustard gravy/ Baledindu Sasive

Banana stem sasive is a traditional Dakshina Kannada recipe. It is nothing but simple gravy/ chutney prepared grinding bananastem with mustard, chilli & coconut. This is very rich in fibre and minerals. I have mentioned the benefits using them in my earlier posts of chutney and bajji with it.
